Stars

Stars
In the faint fine glint
of the most distant
stars
we are
one
each and all
born of a magnificent
burst
a single celestial body of beingness
formed in a stroke
and upon my
seeing this radiant wave
as I gaze over the night-swept heavens
all life beamed in pinpoint lights eternal
I sense you
my friend, my sister and my brother
and I suffer your pain as you do
as we
are one
each and all
an inseparable star in perpetuity
